Last week for store 2019

The last day the farm store will be open for this season is this Friday, June 28th. Berries will be available that day until we sell out. If you have any questions about availability, or would like to reserve berries before you come, please call the farm store @ 559-897-4605 during business hours, or email me.

Right now we have Legacy Blueberries and two wonderful varieties of blackberries.  The Legacy Blueberry is always one of the best of the season, has a long shelf life in your refrigerator, and is perfect for freezing for the year ahead in our gallon bags.

Be sure to watch an interview we did with CBS 47, yesterday at the Kaiser Hospital Market. It will air on the 4th of July, during their morning news program.

Please visit our friend, Denise Florendo, at the Visalia Market on Mooney Avenue on Saturdays, the Kaiser Hospital Market on Wednesdays, and the Hanford Downtown Market.  She will be representing Berry Lady Farms for the next two weeks with our berries.

Thank you to all of you who have come to the farm or the markets we attend this season. We appreciate your business and friendship, and will miss your visits. May you be blessed with a wonderful year ahead!

The Ruby Boysens are completely booked for this week and we will not be taking new orders at this time for the farm or for the Kaiser Hospital Market.  It is possible there will be some at the farm late this week, but I can not take orders or guarantees this week.  I will give an update on Ruby Boysen availability next Monday, June 17th. Thanks for your patience.

All of our prices will remain the same, and we will again have gallon bags of blueberries for your convenience.  We hope to start picking fresh blackberries and Ruby Ruby boysenberries in early June. Watch for updates.

We will also be at the Kaiser Hospital Market in Fresno this Wednesday rom 8:00am – 1:30 PM. Reservations for berries for that market must be made by this Tuesday at 6:00 PM. You can reserve either whole flats or gallons of blueberries for that market.

Season 2018 Has Started

Dear Farm Friends,
The farm store is now open for the berry season. We currently have fresh, sweet blueberries that are picked daily.

We look forward to having fresh blackberries and Ruby boysens sometime in June. We are thankful that it looks like we have a good crop of both of these this year! Watch your emails for updates on those berries.

Starting next week, we will have a large selection of jams and jellies, and local honey at the farm. We are excited to work with Daren Hess of Kingsburg Honey this year to give you a great selection of his wonderful local honey.

We also will be at Kaiser Hospital’s Farmer’s Market starting next Wednesday from 8:00-1:30. Berries for that market can be ordered by email before 6:00pm on Tuesdays.

We apologize that there is no phone service at the farm at this time. We are working on it! Please feel free to email me any questions or requests you may have for now.

We look forward to seeing all of you again this year!

Cold Storage Berries at Farmers Markets

I wanted to let you know that even though our farm store is closed for the season, there are blueberries from our farm still available at several farmers’ markets in the area.  We have placed a generous amount in cold storage, and they will be available at the following locations for the next three weeks, mid to late July:

Visalia Farmers’ Market
Saturdays from 8:00-11:30
On the corner of Mooney and Caldwell
Sears Parking Lot

Visalia Farmers’ Market
Thursday evenings down town
Thursdays from 5:00-8:00 pm
Church Street off of Main

Kaiser Hospital Market in Fresno
Wednesdays from 8:00am-1:30pm
Fresno Street, just north of Herndon

Be sure to look for my friend, Denise Hernandez, and the Berry Lady banner on her table.  She also has an amazing selection of organic seasonal fruit that is fresh from her family’s farm.

______________________________

Because our farm store is closed for the season, we are not able to accept email or phone orders for the above markets at this time. Denise will make sure she has a large supply available at each location.

Have a wonderful summer!
